The implementation timelines depends upon the services required. For simple activation we normally do it in 48 hours. However if there are multiple users and administration function, this can vary from case to case.

Google Workspace comes as a suite of cloud based tools and it cannot be broken up and sold individually. The suite comes with all other functions such as cloud drive, office productivity, calendar and video conference capabilities which are all designed to enhanced your productivity.

Google Workspace does have an email-sending limit to ensure system stability and prevent abuse. Each account user can send up to 2,000 emails per day. If the sending limit is reached, the account will temporarily be unable to send emails. However, you will still be able to access your Google Workspace account and receive incoming emails. Once the suspension period ends, the sending limits will automatically reset, and you can resume sending emails without any interruptions.

There are two ways to purchase Google Workspace. You can buy it directly from Google, or you can purchase it through a certified reseller. The applications and features remain exactly the same regardless of which option you choose. The difference lies in the level of service and support you receive.

When you purchase through a Google reseller, you still get the standard technical support from Google, but you also gain additional benefits provided by the reseller. These may include localized support, easier billing, migration assistance, onboarding help, and faster response times. This makes the reseller route more convenient for many organizations.

If you purchase from Google’s official website, the pricing is displayed in Singapore dollars and the support model varies. Resellers, however, often reduce their own margins to offer more competitive prices, especially for customers transferring or renewing their plans where Google offers less flexibility. This is why resellers can usually provide more attractive and cost effective pricing to bring in new customers.
